Some government clients use their own escrow agreements (GITC).

The fees we charge for such agreements are as follows:

Fee	AUD$
Setup	$Nil
Release Fee	$Nil
Annual Fee	$1,500 plus GST per annum in advance plus if more than 10 CDs are held an additional fee of $150 plus GST per CD per annum is payable.
