Steps to proceed with an Escrow Arrangement

  1. Review the costs.
  2. Email seca@escrowagent.com.au and ask for a word version of the escrow agreement.
  3. Complete the Schedules to the agreement and make any other amendments to the agreement that you require.
  4. Check with the other party whether or not same is satisfactory.
  5. Have the completed agreement reviewed by us.
  6. Print and execute three copies of the agreement and arrange for execution of same.
  7. Return three executed copies to us.
  8. We will execute the agreement and return two copies to you for you to keep one copy and exchange a final copy with the other party.
  9. We will issue an invoice.
  10. Source code may be deposited at any time.
